Well... sometime passes and they get their law license back and they
are working a practice somewhere.
I think if you impeach the Judge who just stepped down might have
greater weight behind "accountability" whereby they can't just pop up somewhere else and continue like nothing happened.
It sounds like we need a codified set of rules of conduct for judges (who tend to be in office for a long, long time) and if they violate the conduct too often, they can be immediately removed and imprisoned.
That right there would keep activist judges out.
