they can. So far it seems to keep things focused.
This echo "works" encouraging conversion because there is a
good "seed" from some actual news story. But primarily because
the moderator does a little work to plant something that might
be of interest to talk about.
The echoname CONSPRCY here doesn't really mean much. It could
just as well be AAABBBCCC. ;) We're not really reading
conspiracies. The key is there a "seed".
